Kunene and The King

■ Kunene and The King will be performed at The Fugard Theatre from Tuesday April 30 next year. Written by actor, activist and playwright, John Kani, pictured, Kunene and The King is about two men from different walks of life who are thrust together to reflect on South Africa 25 years after the first post-apartheid elections. The show is directed by Janice Honeyman and stars John Kani and Sir Antony Sher. Bookings open through the Fugard box office at 9am on Tuesday November 20 but limited early-bird bookings and discounts are currently open to Friends of the Fugard members.
