■ The Elkanah House preparatory campus ground and security staff Bhani Sonjica,council staffer Granville Smith, Hope Bope and David Daredi helped to extinguish a fire that broke out on the green belt behind Sail Street in West Beach on Monday May 15. The school praised its “firefighters” for preventing damage to community property.
