■ Air Force Base Ysterplaat had a change-of-command parade on Friday March 23. Colonel Mohlabane Carl Moatshe takes over as commanding officer from Colonel AJ de Castro who has been appointed commanding officer at Air Force Base Overberg. Colonel Moatshe is the first black commanding officer at the base.
