The Italian Club of Cape Town held its annual Artisenal Cheese Fair at the weekend. With chef’s demonstrations, wine tasting, and cheese, there was something yummy for everyone. Part of the proceeds were donated to Mothers that Care, a charity that feeds hungry children and keeps them warm. The club started dance classes on Tuesday October 3, and beginner Italian language lessons start on Saturday October 7, from 10.30am to 11.30am. An art club – offering a relaxed environment for people to paint, draw and get to known each other – meets on Saturday October 7, from 2pm to 5pm.
