Launa Nel, Table View
Upon reading the letter from the councillor candidate for Ward 55, Brooklyn, I must endorse his sentiments regarding the DA failing to provide the basic constitutional right to hygiene, in this instance (“Seeing red”, Tabletalk letters, July 20).
Despite being a staunch DA supporter in my constitution, I am unfortunately compelled to attend the Albow Gardens clinic monthly to receive chronic medication.
Albow Gardens clinic is dirty, the toilets are a disgrace, faeces on walls and doors, without any means of closing doors and never any toilet
There are empty cardboard boxes piled up outside the window in the ladies toilet and window high weeds growing outside the urinal window.
Good luck, Buntu Gwija, in the coming elections.
