Police have arrested two Nigerian nationals in their 30s at a Parklands complex for being in possession of drugs with an estimated street value of R1 800.
Police found 2g of dagga, 4g of heroin, 2g of cocaine, 1g of tik and half a mandrax tablet.
On Tuesday April 5, shortly after 2pm, Table View policeman Warrant Officer Gerhard Davis heard that police crime intelligence officers were staking out a Parklands complex for suspected drug dealing activities.
Earlier in the day, two men had been spotted picking up a parcel at an address in a nearby suburb before returning to the Parklands complex, said Table View police spokesperson Lieutenant Adriana Chandler.
Warrant Officer Davis and the crime intelligence officers raided the premises, confiscated the drugs and arrested the two men.
