Two men will appear in court after they were arrested in Melkbos yesterday for allegedly fishing illegally.
Law enforcement officials followed up on information they had received and found the duo with full diving equipment and in possession of crayfish and abalone.
They were charged with fishing or possession of abalone without a permit. They were also charged with possession of undersized abalone.
