■ The Organic Garden in Brooklyn turned two recently. It was started in 2015 by former ward councillor Bernadette le Roux, permaculture consultant Richard Geyer and member of the provincial legislature Mireille Wenger (“Garden a symbol of hope in Brooklyn,” Tabletalk, October 21, 2015). The garden is run by volunteers.
The Tabletalk (formerly The Tabletalk and Mail) was established in 1987. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres Canal Walk and Bayside Centre within its distribution area.
