Heavy flooding

Last week’s torrential rains led to flooding in many parts of the city and drivers taking the slipway from the Plattekloof Road offramp onto the N7 in the direction of Cape Town were met by the sight of a huge pool of water which looked more like a dam in the centre circle as they travelled south.
