Bothasig SAPS arrested a 35-year-old man in possession of stolen property, among them small touch-screen equipment, speedpoint machines and receipt printers.
Warrant Officer Jacques Mostert said a Bothasig resident had reported the theft of point-of-sale electronic items worth R25 000, had been stolen out of his car.
The suspect was arrested on Friday June 12, trying to sell the equipment in Richwood.
He was due to appear in Goodwood Magistrate’s Court this week.
