“Call for help as data usage limit exceeded” refers (Off My Trolley, Tabletalk, December 21).
I agree with this consumer. Being with MTN for years I have been ripped off . You can’t win with them.
I am still awaiting refunds from them.
I went to the bank to find out what all the little deductions were for. I called the phone numbers the bank gave me and they all related to MTN.
The amounts ranged from between R40 and R65 adding up to more than R300. There were about seven amounts going off every month from my account. I managed to put a stop to them, but I’m still awaiting a refund. After they stopped deducting the money, I was ignored until now, when they keep phoning to offer me an upgrade.
They can go fly with all the money they took from me and the millions of other consumers.
