Blouberg International School pupil Marco de Mattos, is the first pupil at the school to achieve a bronze medal in the President’s Award.
Since enrolling in the programme at the beginning of the year, Marco acquired a ream of new skills, such as cooking and sign language.
He served his community by handing out free hand sanitiser and followed a rigorous exercise regime to remain fit.
He also completed an ‘“adventurous journey” as prescribed in the requirements for a bronze award.
