Woodbridge Primary School hosted a stage production written by teachers and pupils of the school, called The Splendour of Africa. The 12-part production told tales from Cape Town to Cairo. The Grade 6 class play minstrels welcoming the audience to Cape Town.
Leonel Fokwana played the role of Aio, the Rainmaker, based on a folk tale recorded by Fiona French.
