■ A man was arrested by Bothasig police for being in possession of a stolen motorcycle. According to Warrant Officer Jacques Mostert, a 23-year-old man was spotted by SAPS members on Vryburger Avenue pushing a motorcycle on Tuesday April 24, at 2.25am. The officers found out that the motorcycle had been stolen on the same night. The suspect, a resident from Bothasig, was arrested on a charge of possession of stolen property and detained. The man appeared at the Goodwood Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday April 25.
