I would like to commend and thank the staff of Vizual Security at Bayside Shopping Centre, as well as a doctor who was at the centre and the efficient and caring service received from the paramedics and roadside assistance when my husband had an unfortunate and rather traumatic accident at the centre last week. He was made to feel completely at ease, and we were really impressed by the friendliness and co-operation of all involved.
We did not get the name of the doctor, but he would like to thank her for her reassuring assistance rendered immediately after the accident. We sincerely appreciate your care. My husband is well, apart from the bruising caused by the airbag.
