Police have arrested two men in Dunoon for assault and reckless and negligent driving.
The men, aged 23 and 28, were arrested on Friday December 15 after an incident on Tuesday December 12 involving a taxi and a scooter on Koeberg Road .
Milnerton police spokesperson Captain Nopaya Madyibi, said the circumstances around the incident were still being investigated.
