Table View SAPS arrested two people in Parklands after receiving information about a car reported stolen in Bellville.
According to Table View police spokeswoman Captain Adriana Chandler, the silver Kia Picanto was reported stolen to Bellville SAPS and the information was shared with other local stations. The car was spotted by police on Sunday July 4 in a garage in Parklands.
A 53-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman were arrested for being in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. They were set to be transferred to the Bellville police station on Monday where the investigation will continue.
