I walk to West Coast Village shopping centre daily in Waterville Road opposite the Sunningdale sports complex and Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital.
At the green area next to the little stream and road is a load of rubbish that is just accumulating without any attempt being made to clean it up.
I don’t know if this is the responsibility of the hospital, shopping centre or Garden Cities.
I have noticed that the hospital staff is cleaning on the side of the hospital and the centre’s staff is cleaning just behind the centre, but nobody is taking responsibility for the area on the opposite side of the road.
