The Rotary Club of Century City ran a stand at Century City Fresh Produce Market on Sunday October 25 about World Polio Day, on October 24. The World Health Organization (WHO) announced earlier this year that transmission of the wild poliovirus has been stopped in all 47 countries of its African region.
