If you have tested positive for coronavirus you need to isolate.
And if you have symptoms or have come into close contact with someone who has coronavirus you need to quarantine, even if you have not been tested.
The provincial Department of Health can help with comfortable and safe alternative accommodation if you are unable to self-isolate.
“We will provide transport, meals, and a laundry service,” said Maret Lesch, spokesperson for the provincial Department of Health.
She said it was vital to quarantine or isolate to protect those most vulnerable for coronavirus, like the elderly or those who have long-standing illnesses.
