Police seized 101 litres of alcohol and arrested a woman for selling liquor illegally from a Brooklyn house.
Captain Louis Solomons, of Maitland police station, said a tip-off led police to the house.
“We headed to the premises and asked the lady if she sells alcohol and she said ‘no’.
“We then asked her if we could check and she let us in. There were two men sitting and drinking and upon opening the fridges, we saw the crates of liquor. This was followed by her arrest and the confiscation of the alcohol,” he said.
