There is a street light that burns 24 hours a day a with a totally illegal connection.
What’s more, two wires span a walkway used by many people that walk up to the bus station at Wood Drive from behind the Flamingo Square shopping centre in South Road.
The underground cable was faulty, and this connection was done about two years ago. The fault in the cable was repaired, but the connection never restored. Eskom at its best. Outsourcing everything and never following up.
