A woman suffered smoke inhalation after a fire ripped through 45 informal structures on the corners of Hem and Nomyayi Drive, Joe Slovo on Saturday August 17.
A total of 135 people have been affected.
The cause of the fire remains unknown.
The South African Social Security Agency has been informed to provide humanitarian relief to the victims.
