Police arrested four men in Milnerton last week for the possession of abalone.
Provincial police spokesman Captain FC van Wyk said officers raided a house in Molly Brown Street on Friday July 5, following a tip-off.They seized six plastic bags of fresh abalone as well as processing equipment.
Police arrested a 40-year-old man in Rugby last Friday in connection with a mugging.
According to Milnerton police spokeswoman Captain Nopaya Madyibi, the victim claimed he was set upon by two men who assaulted him with a brick and stole R2 100 and his bank cards on Monday July 1, at 4.30am after he encountered them assaulting a woman.
