Regarding the water collection points: As usual no consideration or proper planning has been taken regarding the impossibility of the elderly and the disabled carrying 25 litres of water. What about the many who have no transport or do not drive?
Two hundred collection points will never get to everyone. What about pregnant women, mothers with small children and babies?
Is due thought being given to these people?
