A 26-year-old man was arrested after armed response officers responding to a burglar alarm at an address in Sandown Road, Sunningdale, on Friday September 22, allegedly caught him with a stolen sewing machine, said Table View police spokeswoman,CaptainAdriana Chandler.
In a separate incident on the same night, officers stopped a vehicle on Koeberg Road that matched one linked to an attempted burglary in Summer Greens.
The officers found a flat-screen TV, bedding and other items, which had been stolen during another burglary in Melkbosstrand,andthey arrested the three men in the car.
