South African Championships of the Performing Arts

Liat Bresler from Edgemead, Christine Martin from Sunset Beach, Caitlin Wilson Trollip from Claremont and Ilene Steenkamp from Welgemoed danced in the 16-to-17 age category at the South African Championships of the Performing Arts in Johannesburg and won gold for musical theatre and silver in the open and contemporary categories. They have qualified to be part of the SA team that will compete in the World Championships of the Performing Arts in Los Angeles in July.
